"When do you think you will be here?" Andrew asks me over the phone.

"I'll probably come by my house after I drop Jane off back at her parents’ house."

"Jane?'" Andrew repeats.

I haven't told Andrew about my relationship with Jane. I have to first tell Cole before anyone else knows.

"Don't worry about it."

Andrew chuckles. "Can't wait to meet this girl that’s got my brother wrapped around her finger."

"I'll be in California in a few hours. I'll text you when I land," I say before hanging up on Andrew.

He is in California right now and I promised him that we would hang out while he is there.

When I told Jane we are going back to the US she wasn't mad, surprisingly. She was a little bummed at first because she wanted to take Thalia with her but then Ace decided to come to the US as well.

Thankfully the De Luca's are in their own plane right now while Jane and I are in another one. Thalia was going to come with us, but she was bringing Landon and thought it would be better if she was with her family.

Thank the fucking lord for that.

But once Thalia told Jane they were going to the US with us, she got really happy.

I can tell she loves Thalia a lot. Even though they are cousins, Thalia is Jane's best friend too. Thalia would probably kill for Jane.

Shit, I would too.

I look to my left and see Jane on the other side of the plane reading a book. During the whole ride I've been wanting her to sit closer to me, but she is all the way on the other side which makes me super frustrated.

"Fawn," I say, which makes Jane look away from her book and look at me with a questioning glance. "Come here," I say, which makes her furrow her eyebrows but still stand up and walk towards me. When she is in front of me, I grab her waist and pull her closer to me until she is sitting on my lap. "When I say come here, this is what I mean, okay?" Jane blushes and nods her head. "We need to talk."

"About what?" Jane furrows her eyebrows at me.

"Your dad."

"Why?" she asks as she leans against me, relaxing against me.

'"Because I don't want to hide my feelings for you."

"You feel something for me?"

Although I haven't fully admitted to it, I do. I'm so close to feeling everything for her, but I can't have myself admit it yet.

"Don't you?"

I swear when I ask her that, her eyes dilate, and it makes my heart beat faster. "Yea."

"Then we can't hide it from your dad. If he finds out on his own, he'll probably kill me." I rest my head against the headrest on the seat.

"So, then what does that make us?" Jane hesitantly asks me.

"That makes us, us. Jane and Rowan. But I do want you to know that you're mine," I say while also giving her a possessive squeeze on her waist making her lips lift in a smile as she squirms on my lap.
